Whether you want to improve your posture, reduce back pain, or simply minimize your daily stress load, utilizing an inversion therapy table makes a terrific choice.

  I purchased the TEETER EP 950 model after careful study of  many reviews at Amazon.  I first heard about Teeter and Inversion Tables several years ago on HSN.COM

I want to recommend that you strongly consider purchasing this very model including the Instructional DVD & Healthy Back DVD!  The main reason I recommend it is because of the ankle-holders / support foam, it makes it mor comfortable to suspend/invert oneself than others I have tried.  Make sure to watch the DVD before you assemble it. Otherwise, you may end up spending more time (and money, if you are paying someone to assemble it for you) and getting totally frustrated if you don't.  Read the instruction booklet/guide too.
